  • Diagnosis of mechanical issues and worn-out parts
  • Cleaning
  • Wheel Truing and Spoke Tension
  • Parts Alignment and basic cockpit setup
  • Maintenance of bearings assemblies (bottom bracket, headset, hubs)
  • Checking and tightening nuts and bolts
  • Adjustment and preventative maintenance of common brake systems
  • Gear Adjustments
  • Adjusting air pressure in tires
  • Lubrication

With practice, which can be gained at your local cycling hub (like Newmarket Cycles) you will be able to perform bicycle tune-ups like a pro. Whether you’re a casual rider or a seasoned cyclist, this course is designed to empower you to elevate your cycling experience!

Prerequisites: No prior experience needed.
