Bicycle Lending Library

Borrow a bicycle, helmet and/or lock for free using your Newmarket Public Library card!

Please bring a valid ‘full access’ library card that is eligible for borrowing physical items. Click here for library membership information.

We will be hosting our lending library at Newmarket Cycles Community Bike Hub in Newmarket (621 Timothy Street, Newmarket, ON L3Y 1R3) and not at Newmarket Public Library. Find us outside our shipping container during drop-in hours at our bicycle hubs.

Bicycle lending will be open during our DIY Repair Days. These free events are followed by a beginner-friendly Group Ride around Newmarket.

Bicycles can be borrowed for 2 weeks at a time and returned Newmarket Cycles Community Bike Hub during drop-in hours. Items are not holdable and are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
